Now, Fairmont has officially announced its highly anticipated debut in the emirate with the launch of Fairmont Al Marjan Island Hotel and Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island.
Set within the newly launched Ardee Al Marjan Island community, the two properties will bring a new wave of beachfront luxury, combining wellness, stunning views, and signature service.
The Fairmont Al Marjan Island Hotel will offer 250 luxurious keys, while the residences will bring 519 homes to the mix – perfect for anyone who enjoys the brand’s signature hospitality. Each space – be it the guestroom or the residence – is designed to be a personal sanctuary. Details of the design and dining destinations or other amenities are still under wraps, but if Fairmont’s other UAE properties are anything to go by, expect something special.

Marjan Island is fast becoming a hotspot for hip hotel openings. Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort, Le Méridien Al Marjan Island Resort & Spa, Nobu Marjan Island, The Luxury Collection Ras Al Khaimah, The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and W Al Marjan Island are all set to open on the artificial island in the coming years.
Set to open by the end of 2028, the two Fairmont properties are guaranteed to become firm favourites.
