Located in City Walk, MYATA Platinum Lounge is home to a restaurant and bar.

The world has been wowed by 3D printing, which has been used to create three-dimensional objects. Now, the London-based architecture studio, Da Bureau, has worked with Proto21 3D Printing LLC to build a 3D printed restaurant. Located in Dubai’s City Walk district, MYATA Platinum Lounge has opened and is home to a restaurant, bar and shisha lounge.

MYATA Platinum Lounge is a sight to behold. The space includes 23 large, canyon-like 3D printed structures, forming the restaurant’s interior and exterior facades.

Yarko-Yarko created the lighting design, which includes soft amber hues. The light amplifies the canyon structures, tables and bar counters and interacts with shisha smoke to create a hypnotic halo. Plus, there will be live entertainment from a DJ.

MYATA Platinum Lounge brings together a fusion of flavours. On the menu, diners can enjoy a mix of Mexican, Peruvian and Spanish dishes. Dishes include the Wagyu Tenderloin with potato puree and sauteed spinach. Signature drinks are made with fresh herbs from the hydroponic farm.

Boris Lvovsky, CEO and co-founder of Da Bureau explained: “To materialise the idea, the studio designed the image of a sand canyon. A canyon is a constantly changing geological formation shaped by water and wind. We recreated its flowing amorphous forms running into each other in a modern interpretation”.

Myata is open in more than 100 cities across the world, and locations include Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Russia.
