Coolab Vol. 2 brings together Chef Hadrien Villedieu and Chef Kelvin Cheung.

Two FACT award winners are teaming up for a cool culinary collaboration. The restaurant's Chez Wam and Jun’s have come together for a special dinner. Coolab Vol. 2 takes place on Monday, 21 October at Jun’s restaurant in Downtown Dubai, and here’s how to get a seat at the table.

Chez Wam and Jun’s are firm homegrown favourites in Dubai. Chez Wam is located at St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah and showcases fine-dining European food. The restaurant's name translates to “at mine” in French and aims to make diners feel like they are being welcomed into a home. Chef Hadrien Villedieu is behind the menu, which covers starters, fish, meat, pasta, sides, sharing dishes and the ever-popular foie-gras burger.

Chez Wam and Jun’s

Jun’s prides itself on offering third-culture-cooking. Created by Chef Kelvin Cheung, it draws inspiration from his Chinese heritage, and American as well as Canadian upbringing. Dishes include Char Siu Short Ribs, Rainbow Heirloom Carrots and Scallops with corn.

Coolab Vol. 2 will offer a 12-course dinner and only 40 seats. This is a rare chance to meet with both chefs in an interactive experience. Chef Kelvin will use French cooking techniques, and Chef Hadrien will create Asian-inspired dishes.

The Chez Wam and Jun’s menu will include a range of dishes. Snacks include Bao Peking Duck, Escargots, Not a Deep Dish Pizza and Oysters. Starters include Crispy Dumplings and Spring Roll 2.0. Mains include Char Siu Grilled Seabass, Hot Fish, Mongolian Short Ribs and XO Lobster Rice Noodles. Desserts include Fortune Cookie and Cookies, Garett Pop Corn Pie, Passion Fruit Marshmallow and Pistachio Matcha Matcha Lollipop.
