The new concept is designed to be an elevated take on Vibe Cafe in Dubai.

While weekend plans sometimes feel overrated, there is a new opening that Abu Dhabi residents will want on their radars: Love Vibe. Located in Khalifa City and dubbed the capital's newest Instagrammable hotspot, this all-day dining venue is essentially a grown-up version of VIBE Cafe, Dubai's original pink cafe in DIFC. It is the brainchild of Emirati restaurateur, Noora Saeed, and is set to welcome gourmands and coffee connoisseurs from Friday, 14 April.

We're told that the restaurant's interior is sleek and elegant, offset with a touch of playfulness. The upholstery showcases sumptuous tactile textures – chic cream armchairs, calming forest-green banquettes, and statement bubble chairs in cotton candy pink. Sophistication is incorporated by way of polished marble tabletops, complemented by gold accents that add a luxe edge, as well as an array of pastel-coloured planters housing simple arrangements of greenery. Looming overhead, meanwhile, are striking pink palm tree chandeliers. Instagrammers will, of course, flock to the neon 'Don't Kill My Vibe' sign.

Love Vibe

Love Vibe Executive Chef, Sagar Kumar, shines a spotlight on local ingredients through a menu that showcases both traditional Emirati fare and modern European cuisine. The signature dishes include the I Love You Shawarm'ch! (signature purple rice with sliced beef and creamy shawarma sauce), Balaleet Eggs (flat chebab pancake with cheese omelette and sweet balaleet), Baby Don't Herd Me (slow-cooked lamb shoulder served with pepper and feta hummus), Braise Yourself (slow-braised Wagyu beef drizzled with mushroom and pepper jus), and Grilled Chicken Tikka (accompanied by a mint yoghurt sauce and tangy mix salad).

Innovating in the realm of beverages, the blushing pink mocktail and espresso bar will showcase the finesse of the talented baristas onsite, with highlights including Strawberry Mojito Virgin, Kermit Business, I'm in Love with the Coco, Raspberry Hibiscus Iced Tea, Superfood Lattes, V60, and Arabic Coffee.

Love Vibe

"Over the last few years there has been an increase in Abu Dhabi residents visiting our Dubai branches, so it made sense for our next expansion move to be in the capital," says Saeed. "Love Vibe is like an older, more sophisticated sister of VIBE. The new venue looks completely different, but still has a touch of the original. The colour palette is broader, there is still pink, but it is more subtle, and the seating and décor are more elegant. We can't wait to see what our guests think about the new venue!"
