Expect multiple locations across the capital to light up the sky.
If there’s one thing the UAE doesn’t do, it’s half-measures. Now, Abu Dhabi is gearing up to deliver yet another spectacle. The world’s largest drone light show is coming to the capital, adding yet another record-breaking feather to its cap.
Thanks to a strategic partnership between the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, Colorado-based Nova Sky Stories and Emirati tech company Analog, Abu Dhabi will soon light up with 10,000 of the most advanced drones ever used for a show.
This groundbreaking initiative will fuse cutting-edge technology with cultural storytelling, setting a new benchmark for immersive entertainment in Abu Dhabi. Expect massive, choreographed aerial displays that blend the emirate’s deep-rooted heritage and its vision for the future.
The world’s largest drone light show will take place across multiple locations in Abu Dhabi, offering everyone a chance to witness history in the making. While specific dates and locations will be revealed closer to the events, major cultural hubs like the Sheikh Zayed Festival, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix are expected to host these displays.
The shows are also expected to strengthen Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a global entertainment and cultural hub. Offering an experience unlike anything else in the world will attract visitors from across the globe, further boosting tourism.
Abu Dhabi is once again setting the bar high, proving that when it comes to entertainment, the UAE does it bigger and better than anyone else. With 10,000 drones, cutting-edge holographic storytelling, and some of the most iconic locations in the capital as a backdrop, these shows are guaranteed to be an experience of a lifetime.
