The luxurious retail destination will include shops, restaurants and gyms.

Dubai is home to world-class malls. Now, it is set to welcome the new shopping centre, Nad Al Sheba Mall. The mall, which will span more than 500,000 square feet, will open in April in Nad Al Sheba.

The new mall is the latest addition to Dubai Holding Asset Management’s retail portfolio. The mall will boast more than 100 shops, dining, entertainment, and wellness centres. It will also include a cinema, rooftop gym, swimming pool, ping-pong courts, and more than 1,000 parking spaces.

The food and drink offerings in Dubai’s latest mall will include Home Bakery, Parkers, and SALT, and the supermarkets include Spinneys and Union Coop. Sports and fitness options include Go Sport and Fit N Glam, while children’s entertainment venues include Fun City and Orange Wheels. Plus, the mall will be temperature-controlled with climate-controlled shaded areas.

The mall will be designed with state-of-the-art features, including a triple-height atrium and a glass entry façade. The site also includes LED lighting, square screens, and a screened garage. A daylit mosque will be accessible through the mall and street.

Fareed Abdelrahman, Managing Director, Retail Destinations at Dubai Holding Asset Management, explained: “Nad Al Sheba Mall exemplifies our commitment to creating destinations that seamlessly blend modern convenience with community-centric experiences. As a strategic addition to our retail portfolio, this mall will not only meet the daily needs of visitors but also provide businesses with opportunities to thrive in a rapidly growing market”.
