Dubai, it’s time to have a laugh. The British comedian Guz Khan will be making his way to Dubai Opera. Guz hails from Coventry, England. He was born into a Pakistani family, and went from being a teacher to a comedian. He started his career in comedy by uploading videos onto YouTube. In 2015, he performed on the BBC Asian Network’s Big Comedy Night. In 2017, he released the BBC comedy series, Man Like Mobeen. Over his career, Guz has appeared in the films Army of Thieves, Finding Fatimah, The Bubble and Walk Like a Panther; and the Netflix shows The Gentlemen and Turn Up Charlie. In Japanese, kitsune means fox and refers to the animals in traditional folklore that are believed to have supernatural powers. Ain Dubai began accepting visitors once again on Christmas Day. The world’s tallest observation wheel resumed rotations after being closed for several years due to planned improvement works. Offering unique views of Dubai’s landmarks from 48 indoor, air-conditioned cabins that can carry up to 1,400 passengers. Abu Dhabi, we have some sweet news. The American hitmakers Boyz II Men are coming to the capital. The group are scheduled to perform at Saadiyat Nights, an open-air musical event that takes place on Saadiyat Island. Visit Quoz Arts Fest
Quoz Arts Fest at Alserkal Avenue has become a staple in the region’s cultural calendar. The musical lineup includes the Dubai-based hip-hop maestro Big Hass and the Sudanese fusion duo MarSimba.
