The UAE is home to luxury hotels, which can be found across Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Now, Sharjah is about to get luxe, as it is set to open a beautiful beach resort and wonderful wildlife retreat. The hotels include LUX Al Bridi Resort and LUX Al Jabal Resort, which are set to open soon.

LUX Al Bridi Resort pitches itself as a contemporary, restorative retreat. Located in nature, it makes the most of the wildlife. The rooms include 35 safari-style retreats, which draw inspiration from the surrounding scenery. The aesthetic boasts neutral tones with soft beiges and browns which look like sand dunes from afar.

Located within the 784-hectare Sharjah Safari project, LUX Al Bridi Resort forms part of the world’s largest wildlife safari outside of Africa. Accommodations feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units decorated in a sandstone-hued palette and earthy tones. LUX Al Bridi Resort will offer a dining in the wild experience. The team prides itself on combining traditional cooking techniques with the freshest ingredients. In addition to a gym, spa, pool, kids club and a restaurant focusing on plant-based meals, guests can embark on a wildlife safari to see giraffes, zebras and gazelles. 

LUX Al Jabal Resort pitches itself as a luxurious beach resort. Overlooking the Gulf of Oman, it offers spectacular sea and sunset views. Located on a hillside, it is between Khorfakkan Beach and Luluya Beach, which makes it ideal for sea lovers.

The boutique-style resort seamlessly blends local traditions and materials into the design of its beachside retreat. Nestled on the slopes of Soueifa Mountain, it boasts numerous vantage points of the Gulf of Oman, rugged mountains and golden beaches. The resort will feature 45 rooms and suites, from cosy one-bedroom options for solo travellers and couples to spacious three-bedroom suites perfect for larger groups of explorers. The Royal Suite comes with a pool and butler service.

The restaurant will showcase Sharjah’s heritage, local ingredients, and high-quality, seasonal produce. The emphasis will be on raw, vegan, and vegetarian dishes.

The two new resorts in Sharjah are scheduled to open in the winter of 2025.
