The Hub by Social promises dining and entertainment with a dash of sustainability.
Abu Dhabi is home to many new dining concepts, from SUSHISAMBA to Taparelle. And with the cooler season in full swing, both residents and visitors are always looking for new places to explore. Taking advantage of this love for hip and happening dining spaces, the capital has opened a new food hall called The Hub by Social.
Located in Masdar City, The Hub by Social is backed by Social Distrikt — which runs a similar food hall concept in Dubai. Opening today, this sustainable dining and entertainment hub promises a community-centric experience in Abu Dhabi.
The Hub by Social boasts an industrial-chic design. The space is bathed in natural light, which shines through the open ceilings. With indoor and outdoor terraces, this place ensures a functional yet aesthetically pleasing experience for all.
The Hub by Social is an innovative food hall featuring eight kitchen concepts. Asian 5 offers a selection of Asian street food, whereas Bombay Canteen will bring Indian street favourites that will transport you to Mumbai’s madness. If you’re into burgers and lobster rolls, Double Like is the place, but if pizza and pasta are more your vibe, then Geppetto is the place for you. For those looking for a true taste of Mexico, Tacos Los Hermanos serves handmade tortillas. Kadayifzade brings Turkish desserts to life, which you can pair up with a brew or your choice of beverage from The Cafe by Social.
But dining isn’t the only thing you can do at The Hub by Social. As a place to connect, play, and create, you can enjoy arcade games, darts, a pool table and much more. The space also hosts workshops and live performances to keep you entertained. It also has a retail area that features a streetwear brand called Monkeys Everywhere.
So, if you’re looking for a new place to chill this weekend, The Hub by Social is where it’s at. With its fusion of dining, entertainment, and environmentally friendly initiatives, this place is a must-visit.
